Pregnancy fetishism, also known as maiesiophilia, is a sexual fetish for women who are or appear pregnant. Although this kind of fetishism is found mostly in males, they include some females with either homosexual and bisexual attractions to women who are pregnant. Amongst those who have the fetish there are many subtle distinctions and sub-fetishes, so not all are the same.
