Etimoloji

() 1538, from Medieval Latin Russi (“Russians”) Old East Slavic Русь (“Rus”). The name comes from a group of warrior merchants from Sweden who settled around Kiev and the Dnieper river in the ninth century, and established the Rus principalities.
