Inflammation of a tendon
(Tıp, İlaç) Tendinosis, sometimes called chronic tendinitis, chronic tendinopathy or chronic tendon injury, is damage to a tendon at a cellular level. It is thought to be caused by microtears in the connective tissue in and around the tendon
An inflammation of a tendon, the tissue that attaches muscle to bone
or tendonitis Inflammation of a tendon sheath, due to irritation of this thin, filmy tissue by overuse of the tendons, which slide within them, or to bacterial infection. It is often an occupational disease, affecting tendons used in repetitive motions on the job. The tendon becomes swollen and red, with pain that increases on motion. The swelling hampers the tendon's sliding within, causing stiffness. Treatment involves immobilization with a splint, cast, or bandage and gradually increasing motion after inflammation subsides, which may happen sooner with corticosteroid injections. Repeated episodes can permanently thicken the sheath, limiting motion
{i} inflammation of the tendons and ligaments that support muscles
Inflammation of a tendon, usually the result of microtrauma from overuse
An inflammation of the connecting tissue that attaches the body of the muscle and to its bony insertion
inflammation in a tendon or in the tendon covering; usually caused by not just a single injury, but a series of small stresses that repeatedly aggravate the tendon
inflammation in a tendon or in the tendon covering Usually caused by not just a single injury, but a series of small stresses that repeatedly aggravate the tendon
See: Bowed Tendon
An inflammation of tendons or muscles around a joint
Inflammation of the tendon and/or tendon sheath, caused by chronic overuse or sudden injury

tendonitis
An inflammation of a tendon Repeated tensing of a tendon can cause inflammation Eventually, the fibers of the tendon start separating, and can even break, leaving behind debris which induces more friction, more swelling, and more pain "Sub-acute" tendonitis is more common, which entails a dull ache over the wrist and forearm, some tenderness, and it gets worse with repetitive activity http: //www geocities com/CapitolHill/Lobby/2614/tendonitis html
