Bessel function: Any of a class of functions that are solutions to a particular form of differential equation (a Bessel equation) and are typically used to describe waves in a cylindrically symmetric system
Boolean function: Any function based on the operations AND, OR and NOT, and whose elements are from the domain of Boolean algebra
Borel function: A function which is Borel measurable
Euler's totient function: A function that counts how many integers below a given integer are coprime to it
Heaviside unit function: The function whose value is zero if its independent variable is negative, and one otherwise
Helmholtz function: The equation used to express Helmholtz free energy
Helmholtz function: A transformation of the complex plane associated with fluid flow
Kelvin function: A class of special functions usually denoted as two pairs of functions bern(x), bein(x), kern(x) and kein(x) with variable x and given order number n.
