A journey from point A to point B and back to point A, which is not via the same routing, airline, or class of service in both directions

Travel from A to B then back from B to A using different fare basis codes (see also round trip) --OR-- Any trip involving a stopover in addition to the ultimate destination (e g A-->B, B-->C then C-->A using the same or different fare basis codes)

A round trip in which the passenger takes different routes to and from his or her destination
