The status of a student who has met either of the following requirements: Completed the registration requirements (except for the payment of tuition and fees) at the school the student is attending Has been admitted into an educational program offered predominantly by correspondence and has submitted one lesson, completed by the student after acceptance for enrollment and without the help of a representative of the school
The stage in a bill's legislative progress when it has been passed by both chambers of the legislature in identical form and is prepared for signature by the presiding officers of both houses If the bill is not passed in identical form by both houses, any changes made by the opposite chamber must be accepted by the originating chamber or a conference committee report must be adopted by both chambers before the bill may be enrolled
Legislation which has passed both the House of Delegates and the Senate It has been signed by the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate and it has been sent to the Governor, but not yet signed If signed by the Governor, the bill becomes a law and a Chapter of the Acts of Assembly
